Kate, Randy and I took at road trip to Toronto, Canada to celebrate the 4th annual fundraiser for Guyana Help the Kids. Dr. Nelin got his revenge from August by forcing me to give a speech about the nurse training program to 700 guests (he says he couldn't find a trade for his on-call shift....I think he really just didn't want to speak!). I was able to reconnect with a lot of people from the board who I met in January this year, and all of my August trip mates, which made it a really fun night. Great food, fantastic desserts, some "fiesta girls" and Randy doing the limbo. And a little stop over at Niagara Falls on the way home!
